1. About us

This website is run by Runyararo Holistic Wellness, operated by Martina Nyamainashe in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at info@runyararoholisticwellness.co.uk.

2. Accepting these terms

By using this website, booking a session or buying a programme, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

3. What we offer

We offer whole-person coaching and complementary wellbeing support through the Runyararo Restoration to Wholeness Method. Our current services are:

• Reclaim Your Wholeness: four weekly 60-minute one to one sessions, £497
• Clinical Calm Strategy Session: one 90-minute one to one session, £299
• Healers Reset: eight weekly 60-minute one to one sessions, £3,000 in total, with the £299 strategy session fee credited toward the programme
• Free resources, such as our guides, articles and podcast

Sessions are held by Zoom and booked through Calendly. Programme details, prices and availability may change. The price you pay is the one shown when you book.

4. Our services are not medical care

Our coaching and complementary practices support personal growth and wellbeing. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any medical or mental health condition and are not a substitute for care from your GP or another qualified health professional. Please read our Wellness Disclaimer and check any change to your health routine with your own provider. Everyone's experience is different and we cannot promise any particular outcome.

5. Who can book

You must be 18 or over to book a session or buy a programme. By booking, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate.

6. Booking and payment

• The Clinical Calm Strategy Session is paid in full at booking through Stripe.
• Programme fees are paid as set out in your Coaching Agreement: in full before your first session, or by an agreed instalment plan.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Before your first programme session we ask you to complete our Coaching Agreement and Wellness Disclaimer.

7. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy explains your 14 day right to cancel, how to reschedule with 24 hours' notice, pausing a programme and how refunds are worked out. It forms part of these terms.

8. Free resources and downloads

Free guides are for your personal use. When you sign up for a free resource you join our email list, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

9. Respectful conduct

We hold a respectful, safe and confidential space. We may end our work together straight away if there is abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour. In that case, refunds are handled under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, guides, recordings and the name of the Runyararo Restoration to Wholeness Method, belongs to Runyararo Holistic Wellness unless stated otherwise. You may share links to our pages, but please do not copy, sell or republish our materials without written permission. 11. Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

12. Links to other websites

Our website links to other sites, such as Stripe, Calendly, Spotify and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above. Bookings already made are covered by the terms in place when you booked.

14. Your statutory rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
