Cookie Policy
The cookies we use, why we use them and how to change your choices. Last updated: October 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved on your device when you visit a website. Some are needed for the site to work. Others help us understand how the site is used or remember your choices.
2. Your choices
When you first visit, our cookie banner asks for your consent. We only set analytics and marketing cookies if you agree. You can change your choices at any time using the Manage consent button at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser settings.
3. The cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: keep the website secure, remember your cookie choices and make forms and payments work. These cannot be switched off.
- Preferences: remember settings such as your chosen language.
- Statistics: tell us how visitors use the site, which pages are read and where visits come from, so we can improve it. These come from Google Analytics and Jetpack and are only set with your consent.
- Marketing: help us understand how people find us and measure our emails and adverts. These may be set by services such as HubSpot, MailerLite, Facebook and Instagram, and only with your consent.
4. Embedded content and links
Some pages link to or show content from other services, such as YouTube, Spotify, Trustpilot, Calendly and Stripe. These services may set their own cookies when you use them. Please check their cookie policies for details.
5. More information
You can learn more about cookies and how to manage them on the Information Commissioner's Office website at ico.org.uk.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the tools we use change. Questions? Email info@runyararoholisticwellness.co.uk. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
