1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to every paid service booked with Runyararo Holistic Wellness, operated by Martina Nyamainashe, including:

• Reclaim Your Wholeness: four weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions, £497
• Clinical Calm Strategy Session: one 90-minute 1:1 session, £299
• Healers Reset: eight weekly 60-minute 1:1 sessions, £3,000 in total, with the £299 strategy session fee credited toward the programme

All sessions are held 1:1 by Zoom and booked through Calendly. Your signed Coaching Services Agreement or Clinical Calm Strategy Session Agreement sets out the details of your booking. This page summarises the terms in those agreements. If anything differs, your signed agreement applies.

2. Payment

• The Clinical Calm Strategy Session is paid in full at booking through Stripe. Your session is confirmed in Calendly once payment is received.
• Programme fees are paid as set out in your agreement: in full before your first session, or by an agreed instalment plan.
• If a payment is overdue, your programme may be paused until your account is up to date.

3. Your 14-day right to cancel

Because you book online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.

If you ask us to begin your sessions within those 14 days and then cancel, we will refund the full amount minus the value of any sessions already delivered.

4. Rescheduling a session

• You can reschedule any session free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, using your Calendly link.
• A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered and is non-refundable, at Martina’s discretion.
• We understand healthcare rotas can change at short notice, and Martina will always try to find a fair solution.
• If you join late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.

5. Clinical Calm Strategy Session guarantee

If you feel your Clinical Calm Strategy Session did not give you value, email booking@healersresetprotocol.com within 7 days of the session and we will refund the £299 in full. No forms and no explanation needed.

If you continue into Healers Reset, the £299 is credited toward the programme fee in place when you enrol. At today’s fee of £3,000, that means you pay £2,701 more.

6. Leaving a programme after it begins

After your 14-day cancellation period, you can end Reclaim Your Wholeness or Healers Reset at any time by telling us in writing.

• We refund the sessions you have not yet had, on a pro-rata basis.
• For Healers Reset, the pro-rata amount is worked out on the £2,701 programme fee that remains after the £299 strategy session credit, divided across the eight weekly sessions.
• Sessions already delivered, including any treated as delivered under section 4, are not refundable.
• Martina may end a programme straight away in the case of abusive, threatening or unsafe behaviour.

7. Pausing your programme

Life, illness and shift patterns happen. You can pause your programme once, for up to four weeks, by letting us know before your next session. Sessions should be completed within 8 weeks of starting Reclaim Your Wholeness and within 16 weeks of starting Healers Reset, including any pause.

8. If we need to cancel

If Martina has to cancel or move a session, we will tell you as early as possible and offer a new time promptly. If no suitable time can be found, we will refund that session in full.

9. Support between sessions

During your programme you can reach Martina by WhatsApp and email between sessions for questions, reflections and support with your practices. Messages are answered within one working day, Monday to Friday.

WhatsApp and email support is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services, or the equivalent where you live.

10. How to cancel or request a refund

Email booking@healersresetprotocol.com for the Clinical Calm Strategy Session or Healers Reset, or info@runyararoholisticwellness.co.uk for Reclaim Your Wholeness, with your name and the service you booked. We confirm every request in writing and process approved refunds within 14 days, back to the original payment method.

11. Your statutory rights and governing law

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Runyararo Holistic Wellness offers coaching and complementary wellbeing support. Our services do not diagnose, treat or replace care from a qualified health professional.
