Raised to give. Learning to receive.
For 34 years Martina Nyamainashe has cared for others on hospital wards. Today she speaks to the women who hold everything together, about returning to love, returning to ourselves, and healing to leave a legacy for the children after us.

Our lessons rarely arrive gift wrapped. They come wrapped in thorns and sandpaper.Martina Nyamainashe
