We bring into awareness what has been weighing on you, the situations where it shows up, the strengths you already have and what you would most like to feel different. Nothing is assumed; you decide what matters.<\/p><\/div>\n        <div><p class=\"stage\">Stage two<\/p><h3>Release<\/h3><p>We work with you on the emotions, inherited and absorbed patterns, and beliefs that seem to keep the old response in place. It does not diagnose, treat or replace care from a GP, occupational health, therapist or other qualified professional, and clients are always encouraged to check any change to their health routine with their own provider.<\/p>\n        <p>Energy healing practices are offered as an optional, client-led experience.
