<em>Services Agreement<\/em><\/h1>\n    <p class=\"lede\">The agreement between you and Runyararo Holistic Wellness for every programme and session we offer. Please read it before your first session, then confirm and sign at the end of the page. Last updated: October 2026.<\/p>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<section>\n  <div class=\"wrap narrow policy stack\">\n    <h2>1. About this agreement<\/h2>\n    <p>This agreement is between you (the client) and Martina Nyamainashe, trading as <b>Runyararo Holistic Wellness<\/b> (\"we\", \"us\"). It applies to:<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li><b>Reclaim Your Wholeness<\/b>: four weekly 60-minute one to one sessions, \u00a3497<\/li>\n      <li><b>Clinical Calm Strategy Session<\/b>: one 90-minute one to one session, \u00a3299<\/li>\n      <li><b>Healers Reset<\/b>: eight weekly 60-minute one to one sessions, \u00a33,000 in total, with the \u00a3299 strategy session fee credited toward the programme<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>It should be read together with our <a href=\"\/cancellation-policy\/\">Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"\/runyararo-holistic-wellness-disclaimer\/\">Wellness Disclaimer<\/a>, <a href=\"\/home\/terms-of-service\/\">Terms of Service<\/a> and <a href=\"\/home\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. If anything in those pages differs from this agreement, this agreement applies.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>2. The nature of our work together<\/h2>\n    <p>Coaching is a partnership. Martina brings the structure of the Runyararo Restoration to Wholeness Method, her lived and professional experience, and complementary practices such as The Belief Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson\u2122, which are only ever used with your agreement. You bring your honesty, your curiosity and your willingness to practise between sessions.<\/p>\n    <p>Our work supports personal growth and wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological or psychiatric care and does not replace your GP or any other qualified health professional. Everyone's experience is different, so no particular outcome can be promised. Please check any change to your health routine with your own provider.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>3. Sessions and scheduling<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>All sessions are held one to one by Zoom and booked through Calendly.<\/li>\n      <li>We both agree to arrive on time. If you join late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.<\/li>\n      <li>You can reschedule any session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice using your Calendly link.<\/li>\n      <li>A session cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered at Martina's discretion. She understands that shift patterns and family life can change quickly and will always look for a fair solution.<\/li>\n      <li>If Martina needs to move a session, she will tell you as early as possible and offer a new time promptly. If no suitable time can be found, that session is refunded in full.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>4. Payment<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>The Clinical Calm Strategy Session is paid in full at booking through Stripe.<\/li>\n      <li>Programme fees are paid in full before your first session, or by an instalment plan agreed with Martina in writing.<\/li>\n      <li>If a payment is overdue, your programme may be paused until your account is up to date.<\/li>\n      <li>Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>5. Your right to cancel and refunds<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>You can cancel within 14 days of your purchase for any reason and receive a full refund. If you ask us to begin within those 14 days and then cancel, we refund the full amount minus the value of any sessions already delivered.<\/li>\n      <li>If your Clinical Calm Strategy Session did not give you value, email us within 7 days of the session for a full refund of the \u00a3299. If you continue into Healers Reset, the \u00a3299 is credited toward the programme fee.<\/li>\n      <li>After the 14-day period you can end Reclaim Your Wholeness or Healers Reset at any time by telling us in writing. We refund the sessions you have not yet had on a pro-rata basis. For Healers Reset this is worked out on the \u00a32,701 that remains after the strategy session credit.<\/li>\n      <li>Sessions already delivered, including any treated as delivered under section 3, are not refundable.<\/li>\n      <li>Approved refunds are processed within 14 days, back to the original payment method.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Full details are in our <a href=\"\/cancellation-policy\/\">Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>6. Pausing your programme<\/h2>\n    <p>You can pause your programme once, for up to four weeks, by letting us know before your next session. Reclaim Your Wholeness should be completed within 8 weeks of starting and Healers Reset within 16 weeks, including any pause.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>7. Support between sessions<\/h2>\n    <p>During your programme you can reach Martina by WhatsApp and email for questions, reflections and support with your practices. Messages are answered within one working day, Monday to Friday. This support is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your GP, NHS 111 or emergency services, or the equivalent where you live.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>8. Confidentiality<\/h2>\n    <p>What you share in sessions stays between us. We will not share it without your written consent, except where the law requires it or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. Session notes are stored securely and handled as described in our <a href=\"\/home\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in advance.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>9. Respect and safety<\/h2>\n    <p>This work rests on mutual respect, trust and safety. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour is not accepted from either side. Martina may end a programme straight away in that situation, and any refund will follow section 5.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>10. What we ask of each other<\/h2>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Come to each session as present and open as you can, and say what is real for you.<\/li>\n      <li>Take ownership of your choices, your pace and your own health decisions.<\/li>\n      <li>Let Martina know if something in a session does not feel right, so it can be adjusted.<\/li>\n      <li>Martina commits to preparing for every session, holding a safe and confidential space, and telling you honestly if she believes another kind of support would serve you better.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <h2>11. Your statutory rights and governing law<\/h2>\n    <p>Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
