What we offer<\/h2>\n    <p>Runyararo Holistic Wellness, operated by Martina Nyamainashe, offers whole-person coaching and complementary wellbeing support through the Runyararo Restoration to Wholeness Method. This may include coaching conversations, reflective and body awareness practices, and energy-based practices such as The Belief Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson\u2122. These practices are complementary. They are educational and supportive in nature.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>2. Not medical or psychological care<\/h2>\n    <p>Our services do not diagnose, treat or prevent any physical or mental health condition, and they are not medical advice, psychotherapy or counselling. They do not replace care from your GP, a licensed physician or a qualified mental health professional.<\/p>\n    <ul>\n      <li>Please keep seeing your own health professionals for any health concern.<\/li>\n      <li>Please do not stop, start or change any medication or treatment because of anything discussed in a session.<\/li>\n      <li>Any lifestyle ideas shared, such as rest, movement, breathing or reflective practices, are general suggestions only. Please check any change to your health routine with your own provider first.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>Martina's background in nursing informs how she holds space, but she does not act as your nurse or clinician in this work.<\/p>\n\n    <h2>3. No promised outcomes<\/h2>\n    <p>Everyone's experience is different. We cannot promise any particular result, and any experiences shared by past clients describe their own journey only.
