while raising three young children, running a business and supporting family across two countries. From the outside she was capable and committed. On the inside she was quietly disappearing.

The tiredness moved deeper than sleep could reach. She found herself short-tempered with the people she loved most, and carried the guilt for days. A long trip home brought rest but not restoration, and her blood tests came back normal.

So she began searching. Teachers, therapy, prayer and study each offered something. The turning point came through energy healing and transformational coaching, which helped her understand how much she had been carrying across body, emotions, mind and spirit, and how to begin restoring it.

Runyararo Holistic Wellness grew from that journey.
